Comprehensive Design
This is our full-service contract, handling everything from concept creation to procurement. We dedicate time to understand your vision, helping you see what is achievable. This service includes a detailed scope of work outline
Designer for a Day
Perfect for homeowners who want professional input but love to be hands-on, or anyone facing design decisions and craving a second opinion from someone who gets it. Whether you're renovating, furnishing a new space, or just need help pulling everything together, this service is tailored to give you focused, expert guidance without the commitment of a full-scale design package. This allows you to get advice and feedback to all of your questions while visiting local showrooms to source materials for your project.
This service is $750 and the duration is anywhere between 3-5 hours.
Concept Design
This service is designed to provide you with a clear vision of how your design ideas will come to life in your space. Ideal for clients who have a sense of the materials they want but need help with space planning. We start with an initial meeting to take measurements and photos of your existing space. From there, the designer will create 2-3 concept designs for you to review. A follow-up meeting will allow you to discuss revisions and make any necessary adjustments. One revision is included. The final design will include a full set of plans with elevations and 3D renderings, details on materials to be removed or preserved, as well as new selections. Comprehensive Design
This is our full-service offering, handling everything from concept creation to procurement. We dedicate time to understand your vision and space, helping you see what is achievable. The process begins with an initial meeting to measure your space and capture photos. The designer will then create 2-3 concept designs for you to review. A second meeting will be held to refine these designs. We’ll also visit local showrooms together to make material selections, and further adjustments will be made based on your feedback. Finally, we’ll have a last meeting to finalize all details and materials. One revision is included. This service includes a detailed "Scope of Work" and a full set of plans with elevations and 3D renderings. Contract price is based on the size of the project. Our Process
Step 1: Discovery Call; This 30-minute in-person, phone, or Zoom meeting is designed to give us a better understanding of your project. We’ll discuss your goals, main concerns, budget, timeline, and other important details to ensure we're aligned from the start.
Step 2: Home Consultation; This service is required in our initial process but will be credited toward the total project cost if you choose to move forward.
Step 3: Design Package selection; Once you have selected the design package you’d like to move forward with, we will create a tailored contract based on your needs. Upon signing the contract a deposit will be collected to begin working on your project.
